RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
* The item is unused and in its original condition.
* The item is in its original packaging.
* You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The following items are not eligible for return:

* Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@gadgetik.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Photos or video of the item are required for damaged or defective items.
We will respond within 2 business days with detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or to our registered office address without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
* If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.
* If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, buyer's remorse), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to post the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@gadgetik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
7. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@gadgetik.com. If the order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this 24-hour period, the order may already be in processing or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.
