1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at info@gadgetik.com as soon as possible, including your order number and new address. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be altered.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping is completely free for all orders.There is no hidden fees or delivery costs calculated at checkout. ALL ORDERS ARE FREE OF DELIVERY COSTS.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or public holidays. All orders include tracking.
4. Order Fulfilment. Items are sent via tracked shipping.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages If your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact us at info@gadgetik.com with your order number. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
